Right now, this very moment,
there's something bolting throughout my entire body.
And it's not just the blood in my veins.
...it's mixed with coffee as well.
(Oxygen too. Duh.)
The entire french press now looks so discontent because he's bare..
No longer does he have happy little ground beans to keep him warm...
...because I drank up all his insides.
(Too graphic? Don't be alarmed, it's only coffee, my friends.)
I just consumed the entire press. Within an hour, to be precise.
What have I learned from this?
It tickles my rib cage and elates my mood.
Just what I needed to get through today's homework load.
Cheerio chaps!
Reason #546 I'm looking forward to summer.
I love the feeling after haveing coffee! I always get the jitters *giggle* :) I want summer to come, too :O (me: i just take the rain any more!!!)

I hear ya, friend. I know what you mean about the rain. HOWEVER, I picked up the most adorable pair of red rain boots whilst thrifting the other day, and I just tested them out. They work. Real well. Now I can't get enough of the rain. Funny how that works, eh?
ReplyDeleteI'm not a coffee drinker, per-say, but I do enjoy coffee IN things, especially ice cream =9 Yumness...
ReplyDeleteI rather like the rain, we had a splendid spring downpour today, and it pounded against the roof making lovely "its a reading day" sort of sounds. But I'm with Katie Ann, today was a homework day... =)
Oh goodness gracious, coffee ice cream is delish. We had a downpour too! ...And yet it continues! Despite what my original post reads, I actually procrastinated a bit more and went outside to puddle jump and pick flowers. Was it worth it? Probably not. I still have oodles upon noodles of homework. But it was fun nonetheless. :)
ReplyDeleteOh my! This is a random/funny post.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE coffee.
ReplyDeletehah, i love your graphicness about drinking coffee.
ReplyDeletei've never brewed or had coffee from a french press. horrible, huh?
i have no idea what i'm missing.
