Totes on them Oat's

Oats? You don't like them?
Leave. Now. Just kidding.
If you've never fancied a fine cup of soluble fiber, then I urge you to try this.
My hope is that your opinion on this wondrous meal will change drastically.
(As in.. you make this every single morning for the rest of your life.)
Cinnamon Oatmeal
For one (large) serving, you will need:

1/2 Cup oats
1 Cup water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 Cup cranberries
1/4 Cup or a small handful sliced almonds
1/2 Cup almond milk

-Bring water to a boil
-Add oats and cinnamon, stirring occasionally.
-Once oats are finished, add in the milk, cranberries and almonds.
-Indulge, be satisfied, and stay full!

  2. I wish I could have oats (tear, tear). Oh, the good old days of oatmeal, cinnamon, raisins, and LOTS and LOTS of whipped cream... But alas, they don't agree with my tank... has something to do with them being grains... =(
