Carrot Fries

After seeing carrot fries on multiple other blogs, I figured I better jump on the bandwagon.
I'm glad I did. Because these were like a party in my mouth.

Preheat oven to the 425 degrees fahrenheit (or right around that temp).
Cook for 8-10 minutes or so - stir, and cook again.
Mine are lathered in garlic (seriously, the amount I use should be illegal), curry powder, sea salt, and olive oil.
But YOU can spice it up however you please.

  3. Completely random tibit (if you didn't already know): carrot fries are actually a popular side dish for people from the northwest India region. It's usually ate with roti [like naan] and daal[a thick stew] as a way to add an extra kick to the dishes. Very popular and delicious!
