After seeing carrot fries on multiple other blogs, I figured I better jump on the bandwagon.
I'm glad I did. Because these were like a party in my mouth.
Preheat oven to the 425 degrees fahrenheit (or right around that temp).
Cook for 8-10 minutes or so - stir, and cook again.
Mine are lathered in garlic (seriously, the amount I use should be illegal), curry powder, sea salt, and olive oil.
But YOU can spice it up however you please.
wow I've actually never seen carrot fries before! Makes sense though, I love sweet potato fries, so I'm sure I'll love these too! Your photos look great, very yummy!

ReplyDeleteCompletely random tibit (if you didn't already know): carrot fries are actually a popular side dish for people from the northwest India region. It's usually ate with roti [like naan] and daal[a thick stew] as a way to add an extra kick to the dishes. Very popular and delicious!
ReplyDeleteR. Dee, that is so cool! Thank you for sharing that nugget of information. I hope to visit India one day to try them. :)
ReplyDeleteso, so, so delicious!
