Some things people just don't get. I am one of those people.

Left photo: From husband's perspective (I'd like to think): If you're trying to impress me with an invisible hand puppet ... it's working.

Right photo: Flip your hair, they say. You'll look gorgeous, they say. (Yeah, could be. Or you'll look like a psychopath.) 

Get with the program, K. The more you touch your hair, the frizzier it gets. Also, don't be alarmed, but the light fairy just swooped in front of the camera at the exact time the picture was taken. You now look like a Norwegian ghost.  

Left photo: Quick, look adoringly into the distance and talk to Jesus.  

Right photo: Make a "I just tooted" face, but pretend it's okay and say you look like Bob Marley.

 Note to self: 

Attempted dreadlock turned out longer than the rest of your hair. Fix that ish out.

When someone tells you that you look like a gypsy from Indonesia, it's a good day.

That was easy.

Lesson learned. Don't use leggings as tights. Wash the tights, wear the tights.

Tucking leggings around ankles, feet, and toes = awk.

It was a dress day, but I also wanted to wear this shirt.

On goes the dress, on goes the tee. Staples' 'That Was Easy' button is pressed. Done.

Cheers for days off!

A day of thoughts

Instead of telling you about life lately, here's an update without many words.

Other arbitrary thoughts / comments: 

• I am the absolute worst when it comes to directions.
• Today, my eyelashes are weak-sauce. 
• Riding bikes with my broseph the other day was time well spent.  
• Just because I want to take the American bumper sticker off my vehicle and replace it with a Philippines sticker doesn't mean I'm unAmerican.
• I am in dire need of a new water bottle.
• And last but not least, I need to cook something delicious. Soon. 

Summer calls for dresses- even if the weather is crying.

YES, graduation was a success! I'll inform you more and post pictures later.

(Just know that I danced across the stage...barefoot.)
Due to many grad parties and graduations, it's been a bit hectic as of late.
...Also, I'm still finishing up a math class. Two schools down, one to go!

Boots & dress: Thrifted. Belt and jacket: LoveCulture. Tights: Kohls. 

P.S. driving with boots is extremely difficult. Ankle movement? Doesn't exist.

I can almost taste summer

Not quite yet. But almost.

"Next time you're watching a play, and they ask 'what's the plot?' You can say, well I don't know, where's the table of values?" -Dr. Burger, lesson 8-4.
I cannot wait to finish math and move on to better things in life. 
Things like ... flowers. And music. And dress shopping. And fishing.
Say what!? Fishing? That's right. It's on my bucket list to successfully catch a fish and eat it.
It will happen. Because it's almost summertime. And that's when the fishing is good.
(At least, that's what I've been told.)
